Job ResponsibilitiesThe role involves ensuring the safe and punctual delivery of meals to clients who are unable to leave their homes. This position also includes monitoring client conditions and reporting any significant changes.
Key Duties- Maintain thorough and accurate client records and delivery routes.
- Report any alterations in a client's physical or situational status in accordance with established protocols.
- Obtain client signatures to confirm meal delivery.
- Deliver nutritional information and menus to clients promptly.
- Conduct daily safety checks on the vehicle before use.
- Collect and secure client fees following the designated procedures.
- Ensure the cleanliness of the vehicle's interior daily and the exterior as needed.
- Follow safe driving practices as outlined in the CCS Safety Policy.
- Operate agency or personal vehicles for company-related tasks.
Experience that demonstrates transferable skills may be accepted to meet the minimum qualifications for this position.
- High School Diploma or GED, or relevant experience.
- Certification in First Aid and CPR.
- Ability to lift 25 pounds at least 25% of the time.
- Experience driving larger vehicles or small trucks.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Possess a valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and a clean driving record.
- Ability to acquire and maintain an Arizona Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card and an FBI National Criminal Records History Report (cost covered by employer).
- Pass a pre-employment drug screening (includes marijuana, regardless of recreational use laws, cost covered by employer).
- Familiarity with local routes and community landmarks.
- Additional years of relevant experience.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, both verbal and written.
