As a Registered Dietitian (Part-Time) - Clinical Nutritionist with HHS Culinary and Nutrition Solutions, LLC, you will play a vital role in guiding patients, families, and facility staff on all aspects of medical nutrition therapy to create a healthy and healing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments and provide evidence-based interventions for both inpatient and outpatient care
- Develop and implement educational programs for patients, families, nursing, food service, and other facility staff on nutritional needs and best practices
- Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure patients receive high-quality, patient-centered care
- Manage physician orders for therapeutic diets and supplements, ensuring seamless execution and effective communication
- Stay up-to-date with regulatory compliance and maintain clinical nutrition policies to support quality care
Requirements:
- Registered Dietitian with Commission of Dietetic Registration and licensed dietitian as required per state regulations
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food and Nutrition or related field
- Knowledge of regulatory standards and ability to maintain compliance
- Proficiency in computer software, including word processing, spreadsheets, and other relevant tools
