Your Role:
As a Senior Transportation Risk Underwriter, you will be at the heart of our operations, collaborating with a team renowned for delivering tailored coverage solutions. Your insights and expertise will be instrumental in driving innovative approaches to underwriting.

- A minimum of 3 years of experience in Commercial Auto underwriting, particularly with Trucking risks.
- Proficient in rating fundamentals.
- Experience collaborating with wholesale brokers is advantageous.
- Proven track record in cultivating strong relationships with internal and external partners.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to propose effective solutions to business challenges.

This position offers a flexible work arrangement, with options for hybrid or remote work. Candidates residing near our office locations may be expected to work in-office part-time, while remote candidates will have the flexibility to work from home with occasional office visits as needed.
Compensation:
The annual base salary range for this role is reflective of market analysis and may vary based on individual performance and experience. Additional compensation may include bonuses and other incentives as part of The Hartford's comprehensive benefits package.
