We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Over-the-Road (OTR) Driver to join our transportation team at TransForce.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in drop and hook operations, stacking chassis, and securing reefer trailers and dry vans using chains and binders.
Key responsibilities include:
- Performing drop and hook operations efficiently and safely at designated locations.
- Securing reefer trailers and dry vans using load bars to prevent shifting during transit.
- Conducting pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure roadworthiness.
- Adhering to all relevant safety regulations and company policies while on the road.
- Reporting any incidents, accidents, or mechanical issues promptly to the appropriate personnel.
Requirements include a valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record, proven experience as an OTR Driver, and physical agility and stamina to handle loading and unloading tasks.
