With over 25 years of experience, our clinical staff has developed a comprehensive approach to mental health services, including individual therapy, medication management, testing & diagnostic evaluations, couples therapy, and family therapy.
Job Summary
We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our team in Needham, MA. As a Clinical Social Worker, you will work in a community mental health setting, providing services to clients in an outpatient clinic. Some work may be done via tele-psych, allowing for flexibility and convenience.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual, couples, and family therapy to clients of all ages
- Conduct medication management and testing & diagnostic evaluations
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices in mental health
