Job Summary

Scenic City Fitness 24/7 is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Smoothie Barista to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing high-quality smoothies and juices, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests and guide them to the ordering area
• Take orders and operate cash registers to process payments
• Prepare and package food quickly and consistently according to company standards
• Promote Scenic City Fitness 24/7 products and services
• Maintain a clean and orderly work station

Qualifications

• No experience required, but previous food handling or customer service experience is a plus
• Excellent ability to follow established procedures to deliver consistent, high-quality products or services
• Knowledge of menu items, including ingredients, portion sizes, and common allergens
• Strong customer service skills, especially with regards to the resolution of complaints
• Ability to work smoothly with a team and adapt to different roles and job duties as needed

Physical Requirements

• Ability to operate a blender and POS cashier system
• Ability to regularly move boxes weighing up to 55lbs throughout the store and back of the house
• Ability to constantly blend, reach, and scoop
• Ability to access refrigerator and freezer with temperatures ranging from 50-10 degrees Fahrenheit
• Ability to tolerate exposure to food allergens
