Job Description

We are seeking a talented Marketing Manager to lead our marketing team and drive brand awareness, customer engagement, team management, and revenue growth. As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for crafting and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that elevate our brand presence.

  • You will oversee overall management of our marketing efforts via website management, SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and digital advertising.
  • Your focus will be on ensuring the successful execution of these strategies, contributing significantly to the growth and recognition of our brand.
  • You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring our efforts align with business goals and industry trends.

Data analysis and optimization will be your guiding principles as you work to deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Plan and develop marketing strategies to promote brand awareness, leading a dynamic team to achieve success.
  • Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with MDR's brand objectives and growth goals.
  • Branding Initiatives: Design and execute key branding initiatives to fortify our brand identity and presence.
  • Quality Control: Ensure creative materials meet brand standards through quality control measures.
  • Campaign Budget Management: Create, manage, and monitor campaign budgets to exceed marketing goals.
  • Team Management: Lead the creative team, maximizing individual talents, setting expectations, and ensuring accountability and adherence to deadlines.
  • Employee Development: Train, evaluate, and monitor employee goals and performance, fostering professional growth within the team.
  • Social Media and Advertising Strategies: Plan and manage social media and advertising strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Data Analysis and Adjustment: Collect, analyze, and interpret data to adjust marketing strategies for maximum impact.
  • Performance Reporting: Prepare accurate reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field preferred.
  • 7 years of marketing experience, preferably in the fashion industry or related field.
  • Strong creative, strategic, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
