Qualifications and Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A Master's degree in physical therapy from a CAPTE-accredited program
  • An active state licensure to practice as a physical therapist within the state of agency operation
  • A minimum of nine months of experience as a physical therapist, preferably in community/home health settings
  • CPR certification and a valid driver's license
