Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician III to join our team at Resilience Corp. in a biomanufacturing environment. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform visual inspections and conduct troubleshooting activities to identify and resolve equipment issues.
  • Establish and maintain visual tracking and other tools to enhance audit readiness and trend analysis.
  • Gather, organize, and communicate operational information to support process improvements.
  • Lead and coordinate investigations and studies to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Participate in spill control, handling of hazardous materials, and first aid procedures.
  • Identify and implement temporary and permanent fixes to address equipment issues.
  • Monitor equipment and systems for performance and problem indicators.
  • Read, understand, and comply with cGMP and SOPs, including general safety and lockout procedures.
  • Report process deviations and ensure proper documentation practices.
  • Perform preventative and corrective maintenance of equipment, systems, and facilities.
  • Ensure equipment and systems are maintained in a state of compliance.
  • Conduct safety checks and maintain accurate records.
  • Provide input on the engineering of replacement parts and consult cross-functionally as an SME on systems and processes.
Requirements
  • Considerable experience in a regulated or cGMP environment.
  • May require state certification or licensure for certain roles.
Preferred Background
  • High school diploma and certification in a skilled trade (electrical, boiler operations, etc.).
  • Associate degree in a technical discipline.
