Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Independent School District 15. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will play a critical role in providing therapy and case management services to students with communication disorders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct instruction to students in the areas of speech and communication as outlined in their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
  • Consult with other staff members on the successful implementation of communication strategies and assistive devices within the educational setting.
  • Complete speech/communication assessments on identified students.
  • Complete written documents related to speech services (IEPs, Evaluation Reports, Progress Reports, etc.).
  • Attend and sometimes facilitate IEP meetings for assigned students.
  • Provide case management services for assigned students.
  • Complete Third Party Billing documentation for MA eligible students.
Requirements
  • Minnesota Teacher Licensure as an Educational Speech Language Pathologist.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech Language Pathology.
