Job Overview

ProCare Therapy is seeking a highly skilled Virtual Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide dynamic therapy services to students in Minnesota. As a Virtual SLP, you will leverage advanced technology to create a supportive learning environment and guide students to reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address students' communication disorders.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to ensure seamless integration of therapy services.
  • Utilize Zoom and other digital tools to deliver high-quality therapy sessions.
  • Conduct assessments and progress monitoring to evaluate students' progress and adjust therapy plans accordingly.
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
  • Current Minnesota licensure or eligibility for licensure to practice as a speech-language pathologist in the state.
  • Two years of experience working as a speech-language pathologist in a school setting or with pediatric populations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with students, colleagues, parents, and administrators.
