Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner

Creative Pathways, Inc. is seeking a skilled Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our growing behavioral health team. As a PMHNP, you will provide high-quality psychiatric services to children, adolescents, and adults with a wide range of mental health disorders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnostic assessment and treatment of acute, episodic, or chronic mental illnesses
- Individual, family, and supportive therapy
- Psychotropic medication management and monitoring of treatment adherence
- Supervision of SUD practices protocols and treatment team supervision
- Involuntary commitment documentation and continuous clinical monitoring
Requirements:
- Appropriate professional degree (MSN or DNP) from an accredited university
- Current, unrestricted, complete, and active state nursing license
- Current ANCC Board Certification as a PMHNP in good standing
- Current/Active DEA & CDS Registration Numbers
- NPI and malpractice insurance
Preferred Qualifications:
- One or more years of training and direct service experience diagnosing, treating, and evaluating children, adolescents, and adults with mental health conditions
- Experience working with underserved populations and clinical co-morbidities such as co-existing mental health and/or physical health conditions
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well with diverse populations
- Proficient in the English language, both in writing and speaking
- Strong computer skills, including working with word processing and data entering applications, as well as with EMR medical software applications
Compensation:
Contingent upon 1 year of relevant POST CRNP-PMH LICENSURE E/M EXPERIENCE. Pay frequency: Monthly upon submission of invoice.
