Compensation
Base salary for licensed candidates ranges from $36,000 to $45,000.

Key Responsibilities

Manage customer requests for policy modifications.

  • Process premium payments from clients.
  • Confirm and update client contact information, including phone numbers, addresses, and email addresses.
  • Respond to all voicemail messages in a timely manner.
  • Provide ongoing assistance to insurance clients as required.

Qualifications

Must obtain a Property and Casualty insurance license within 90 days (we will cover the cost of study materials).

  • A Property & Casualty license is preferred, but training will be provided.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional telephone demeanor.
  • Strong spelling and grammar abilities.
  • Demonstrated work ethic and leadership qualities.
