The role of the Customer Support Specialist entails managing multiple incoming calls, delivering exceptional service to our clients, assisting with insurance policy renewals in collaboration with our underwriting team, and undertaking various tasks as assigned by the agency leadership.
Compensation
Base salary for licensed candidates ranges from $36,000 to $45,000.

Key Responsibilities
Manage customer requests for policy modifications.
- Process premium payments from clients.
- Confirm and update client contact information, including phone numbers, addresses, and email addresses.
- Respond to all voicemail messages in a timely manner.
- Provide ongoing assistance to insurance clients as required.
Qualifications
Must obtain a Property and Casualty insurance license within 90 days (we will cover the cost of study materials).
- A Property & Casualty license is preferred, but training will be provided.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional telephone demeanor.
- Strong spelling and grammar abilities.
- Demonstrated work ethic and leadership qualities.
