The Step Down Care Unit at Cedars-Sinai is a dynamic and fast-paced environment where skilled healthcare professionals work together to provide high-quality patient care. As a Clinical Partner, you will play a vital role in this team, working alongside licensed nurses to deliver personalized care to our patients.
About the Role
The Clinical Partner will be responsible for providing direct patient care, including assessing patient needs, developing care plans, and implementing interventions under the supervision of a licensed nurse. You will also be involved in maintaining a safe and clean environment, administering medications, and documenting patient information in electronic medical records.
Salary and Benefits
We offer an annual salary range of $31,648 - $47,724, depending on experience. Additionally, you will enjoy comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need a High School Diploma/GED and a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) certification. Previous experience in acute/subacute care or nursing homes is preferred. You must also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Physical Demands
This role requires standing, walking, sitting, lifting 50 lbs, carrying 50 lbs, pushing 75 lbs, pulling 75 lbs, balancing, stooping, eye/hand/foot coordination, reaching, handling, grasping, feeling, talking, and hearing.
