Job Overview

Confiant is seeking a seasoned Senior Product Manager to spearhead the development of innovative AdTech security solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining and executing the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our security-driven products.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the AdTech industry, with a strong focus on security, trust, and safety. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, design, and deliver high-quality products that meet the evolving needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Conduct market and competitive research to identify emerging trends, user needs, and new product opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to deliver high-quality products on time.
  • Define and prioritize product requirements, manage development backlogs, and provide design guidance through wireframes.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive launch plan, including setting timelines, managing resources, and collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in product management, with a strong focus on AdTech and security.
  • 3+ years of experience in the AdTech industry, with a solid understanding of the inner workings of AdTech and programmatic advertising.
  • Experience in security, trust, and safety, as well as ML/AI and classification.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Proven track record of managing products through their full lifecycle, from conception to launch, while driving measurable business results.
