Job Title: Senior Lead Product Manager

Wells Fargo is seeking a highly skilled Senior Lead Product Manager to join our team in Home Lending. As a key member of our product management team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing business plans, product designs, and technical requirements for complex business and technical needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advise senior leadership on business plans, product requirements, and technical designs for complex business and technical needs.
  • Oversee overall product management and strategic focus for the most technical, complex, and diverse products and services.
  • Lead the strategy and resolution of complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth understanding of potential synergies, opportunities, and company-wide impact.
  • Deliver solutions that are long-term, large-scale, and require consideration of global market dynamics, trends, regulatory impact, and risk management.
  • Provide vision, direction, and expertise to leadership on implementing innovative and significant business solutions that are strategically focused for diverse product lines.
  • Articulate product vision, define scope, prioritize backlog, establish goals, and provide direction for teams to design, develop, and deliver technology and processes for updating, upgrading technologies, and vendor relationships.
  • Engage with leaders, stakeholders, subject matter experts, scrum masters, project managers, and delivery teams company-wide.
  • Serve as an adept advisor to leadership.
  • Foster a strong agile discipline that inspires teams to continuously improve delivery evidenced through key agility metrics.
  • Build frameworks for complex decision-making that enable effective debate and accelerate getting to the right answer.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery, or agile product owner experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
  • Home Lending experience.
  • Experience in Product Management, Business Transformation, Data, Analytics, Reporting, Management Consulting, Project Management, Strategic Planning, or Technology experience.
  • 3+ years of Agile Product Owner Experience and knowledge of Agile strategy, development methodologies, and tools working directly with Technology teams in managing agile delivery of a product.
  • Ability to understand technical policy requirements to help support the implementation of data management policies across all parts of the business.
  • Ability to develop and execute on a strategic vision with cross-functional teams.
  • Senior stakeholder management across business and technology.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (e.g., PowerPoint).
  • Ability to manage existing and evolving Change Management framework.
  • Ability to synthesize multi-dimensional, complex, and interrelated concepts into clear, consumable, implications, actions, and decisions.
  • Demonstrated track record of effective influencing and collaboration at all levels.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional ability to translate complex business and operational concepts so they are clearly understood in support of sound decisions to meet business objectives.
Job Expectations:
  • This position requires compliance with all mortgages regulatory requirements and Wells Fargo's compliance policies related to these requirements.
  • Successful candidates must also meet ongoing regulatory requirements including additional screening and required reporting of certain incidents.
  • This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship.
  • This position offers a hybrid work schedule. Telework or remote work setting is not available.

Pay Range:

$111, $217,200.00
