Mental Health Treatment Specialist

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social work or counseling, with relevant licensure (LSW, LISW, LPC, LPCC, MFT, IMFT, RN). A valid driver's license and favorable Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) are also required. Prior experience in a psychiatric healthcare facility working with adult and geriatric patients is preferred.
We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, up to 16 days of PTO, 6 paid holidays, tuition reimbursement, and a 401(k) retirement plan.
In this role, you will be responsible for receiving inquiry calls, assisting with scheduling face-to-face assessments, and coordinating with the clinical team to ensure patient needs are met. You will also interpret treatment to patients and families, helping to reduce fear and attitudes obstructing acceptance of care.
