Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Identity Signature Management (ISM) Specialist to provide comprehensive training and support to Special Operations Forces (SOF). This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders, conducting assessments, developing mitigation strategies, and ensuring the security of sensitive information.
Responsibilities
- Deliver in-depth ISM training programs as an instructor, encompassing awareness briefings, specialized courses, and unit-specific support.
- Develop and execute comprehensive identity management plans aligned with DOD policies, instructions, and regulations.
- Collaborate with government agencies and external organizations to share intelligence, best practices, and emerging threats related to ISM.
- Conduct operational overwatch, assess mission-specific risks, and develop reporting criteria for personnel and operations.
- Perform identity assessments and provide actionable recommendations to mitigate vulnerabilities and enhance security posture.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent military/civilian experience (10+ years).
- Military/Government Training: ATC, APC & DDC, ISMTC, or FOSS certification required.
- Demonstrated experience in SOF IDDM or comparable roles.
- Proven track record as a Military Instructor or Master Trainer.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing people and resources (5+ years).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Expertise in military instruction (5+ years).
- ISM experience and knowledge of cyber domain activities.
- 8+ years of experience in SOF or related fields.
