  • Deliver exceptional care to residents with complex medical needs, including those with memory impairments

  • Contribute to a culture of quality care, exceeding normal staffing ratios
Requirements
  • 2+ years of Med/Surg or SNF experience
  • Geriatric patient experience, with a focus on end-of-life care
  • EPIC EMR experience
  • Experience working with memory-impaired patients (highly preferred)
  • Travel experience (preferred)
