Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join our team as a Case Supervisor in Phoenix, Arizona. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing effective treatment plans for children with autism and their families.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in ABA or a related field and be within ~400-600 hours of completing all practicum hours to be eligible to sit for the BCBA Exam. You will work closely with Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide direct supervision and guidance, and participate in ESDM specific trainings to enhance your clinical skillset.

Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 per year

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement treatment plans for 2-4 client cases (10-20 hours/week)
  • Provide direct supervision to RBTs
  • Participate in ESDM specific trainings, growing your clinical skillset
  • Write Behavior Intervention Plans, utilizing the Practical Functional Assessment (PFA) and Skill Based Treatment (SBT)
  • Meet with families to conduct Family Treatment Guidance meetings and support, utilizing Soar's in-house curriculum
  • Conduct and write assessment reports for new clients and re-assessments for established clients, including training on the Vineland, QABF, FAST, and the ESDM Curriculum Checklist
