Job Overview

This exciting role will involve working with a tight-knit team of technicians and mid-level supervisors to develop treatment plans, lead treatment planning meetings, coach caregivers, contribute to our professional development series, and work on collaborative projects. As a BCBA/Clinical Supervisor, you will oversee a caseload of clients and their primary caregivers, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients and their families
  • Lead treatment planning meetings and provide coaching to caregivers
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Contribute to our professional development series and participate in ongoing training and supervision
Requirements
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification and licensure as a Behavior Analyst by the AZ Board of Psychologist Examiners (or eligible to apply if from out of state)
  • Experience working in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment settings
  • Interest in non-traditional ABA applications
