Responsibilities:- Administer medications and treatments to residents in accordance with their individualized care plans.
- Document medication administration and any changes to resident care plans.
- Conduct Service and Health Updates as directed by the Resident Care Director.
- Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans (ISPs) and monthly updates.
- Transcribe orders and maintain accurate records.
- Partner with the community team to ensure compliance with OSHA and Occupational Health and Safety Regulation requirements.
- Report all accidents, incidents, and unsafe conditions to the Resident Care Director.
- LPN, LVN, or state/province specific licensed nurse credential.
- CPR and First Aid certification.
- Ability to make choices and decisions in the best interest of residents.
- Ability to react and remain calm in difficult situations.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
