Cardiology Nurse

Mass General Brigham is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our cardiology team in a hybrid role. As a Triage RN, you will work closely with providers, MD/NP/PA, and practice managers to deliver exceptional patient care via telephone and Internet/EMR-based interactions.
This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where you will be responsible for triaging patient calls, assessing patient needs, and developing plans of care. You will also provide clinical guidance and support to MA and LPN staff, participate in departmental QI endeavors, and manage triage care from the practice.
Responsibilities- Triage patient calls and assess the nature of patient need
- Develop plans of care and provide clinical guidance and support to MA and LPN staff
- Participate in departmental QI endeavors and manage triage care from the practice
- Work closely with providers, MD/NP/PA, and practice managers to deliver exceptional patient care
- Graduate of an approved school of nursing
- Current Massachusetts RN licensure
- Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience
- Cardiology experience preferred
- Ambulatory phone triage experience preferred
- Epic proficiency preferred
