Opportunity Details

We are currently seeking a Senior Manager, Electrical Engineering to oversee our electrical engineering projects. In this role, you will be responsible for the design and implementation of intricate power systems and building infrastructure, including generator facilities, medium voltage distribution, uninterruptible power supplies, lighting systems, fire alarms, and grounding solutions. You will lead a team of skilled electrical engineers while managing project timelines and deliverables.

Your Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality technical documents and proposals for various projects
  • Utilize extensive engineering knowledge across diverse technical areas
  • Employ advanced analytical methods to address complex engineering challenges
  • Demonstrate significant expertise in electrical engineering
  • Guide the creation of initial electrical system designs

  • Engage with internal teams, equipment suppliers, and manufacturers for project success

  • Design comprehensive electrical distribution systems and building electrical systems
  • Conduct surveys and assessments of existing conditions
  • Oversee construction administration tasks
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Commit to workplace safety and adhere to company policies regarding health and safety
Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Building Information Modeling (BIM) using Revit, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative approach to working with design teams, clients, and construction personnel. Previous experience as a lead electrical engineer is essential, with a proven ability to guide project teams effectively.

Essential Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Architectural Engineering with a focus on electrical systems
  • Over 10 years of experience in electrical system design for high-performance commercial or industrial projects
  • Registered Professional Engineer (PE) certification
  • Experience in mentoring and developing junior engineers
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems and relevant codes
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated
Preferred Qualifications
  • Additional certifications (e.g., LEED, Uptime ATD) are advantageous
  • Experience with short circuit coordination and arc flash analysis
  • Familiarity with mission-critical and data center environments
  • Knowledge of international engineering standards and codes
