Key Responsibilities
This role involves performing vehicle maintenance and repair duties, including standard vehicle maintenance, preventive maintenance, and diagnostics. You will also be responsible for interacting with customers/drivers to determine the nature of their complaints and utilizing key functions of the Shop Management System. In addition, you will work independently and as part of a team to complete tasks efficiently, adhering to all federal and corporate compliance guidelines.
Requirements and Qualifications
Applicants should possess a high school diploma or equivalent and at least three years of relevant experience working on heavy-duty vehicles. A valid Commercial Driver License (CDL) is preferred, as is vocational or technical certification. Additionally, you will need to demonstrate aptitude and applied experience in mechanical repair, basic tools, and computer skills.
