Job Summary:

As a Maintenance Worker at ShopRite, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers and employees. Your duties will include emptying trash and recycling containers, cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, replenishing paper and soap supplies, and cleaning floor areas.

Key Responsibilities:

Empty all trash and recycling containers as prescribed by Store Management
Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including all plumbing fixtures, in the manner prescribed by Store Management
Replenish paper and soap supplies in all restrooms as required
Clean, mop, sweep, scrub, strip, wax, buff, or vacuum floor areas
Perform other maintenance tasks as needed

Requirements:

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous maintenance experience preferred
