Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing various medical procedures.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Conduct patient assessments, gather data, and document patient information.
- Participate in educational programs and workshops to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Current license to practice nursing in Arizona (unencumbered).
- Current BLS certification.
- Successful completion of Verbal De-Escalation Training, within 30 days of employment.
- Valid AZ DPS Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card or able to obtain within 30 days of employment.
- Preferred one year of experience working in a psychiatric inpatient setting.
