About the Role

Virtua Health is seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our team on a per diem basis. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging team, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of radiologic procedures to help diagnose and treat patients.

Responsibilities
  • Perform radiologic procedures for all patient populations, adhering to established protocols and radiation safety guidelines.
  • Evaluate images to produce high-quality radiographic images, consistently providing thorough and accurate documentation.
  • Operate radiographic equipment safely and effectively, utilizing computer systems and technology to support diagnostic imaging.
  • Provide instruction and training to new staff or student radiologic technologists.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of Radiology Technology.
  • Registered or registry eligible by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (A.R.R.T.).
  • NJDEP licensure required.
  • CPR certification preferred.
