We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Boise Group Homes. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, promoting their independence and dignity.

Shift Options:

  • Swing Shift: 2:30 pm - 10:30 pm, Sunday - Thursday ($21.65/hour), Tuesday - Saturday ($21.65/hour), Friday - Monday ($22.65/hour)
  • Days Shift: 6:30 am - 2:30 pm, Tuesday - Saturday ($21.65/hour)

  • Overtime Paid: After 40 hours
  • Bonuses: $100 for open shifts covered on weekend days

  • Certification and Training: Company covers the cost of required certifications/training
  • Company Vehicle: Provided while on shift
  • Meals: Provided while on shift
  • Child Care Allowance: $500 after 90 days (must be licensed child care provider)

Qualifications:

  • Current Idaho Nursing Assistant Certification: Required
  • State/Federal Background Check: Pass a background check (company pays fee)
  • CPR/1st Aid Certification: Have or can obtain certification (training will be provided if needed)
  • State Med. Card: Have or can obtain certification (training will be provided if needed)
  • Reliable Transportation: Must have reliable transportation to and from work
