Join Our Team as a Certified Nursing Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Terraces of Boise - a HumanGood community. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents, promoting their independence, and enhancing their quality of life.

About the Role

This is a full-time opportunity with a competitive hourly rate of $18-$25, depending on experience. You will work a 10am-6am Monday-Friday schedule with a $2/hr shift differential. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including 20 days of paid time off, 7 company holidays, 401(k) with employer match, and more.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living, medication management, and mobility support.
  • Develop and maintain a safe and supportive environment for residents, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
  • Collaborate with the care team to create personalized care plans, ensuring residents receive the best possible care.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions.
Requirements
  • Certified Nursing Assistant certificate
  • Prior CNA or caregiving experience preferred, but new grads are welcome
