Job Description:


As a Collision Repair Estimator, your primary role will be to enhance the customer experience by accurately assessing vehicle damage and creating detailed repair estimates. You will coordinate repair needs and maintain clear communication with customers and insurance representatives throughout the repair process.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Documenting every customer interaction with precision and clarity.
  • Providing timely and accurate information to customers, guiding them through the repair journey.
  • Ensuring compliance with all insurance requirements and company protocols.
  • Communicating customer needs effectively to the team.
  • Exhibiting a positive demeanor when interacting with customers, both in person and over the phone.
  • Participating in daily operational reviews with management.
  • Engaging in monthly safety and team meetings as necessary.
  • Attending training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.


To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in a similar role.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with insurance programs.
  • A valid driver's license.
  • A willingness to complete necessary training programs.
