Key Responsibilities- Coordinate unit activities, including scheduling appointments and managing patient records.
- Process physician orders, transcribe medical charts, and maintain accurate records.
- Coordinate the safe transport of patients and other items as directed.
- Develop and maintain professional learning needs, staying up-to-date with the latest medical terminology and procedures.
- Maintain a safe environment, adhering to Northern Light Health policies and procedures.
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
- High School Diploma or General Educational Development (GED) equivalent.
- Ability to lift, move, and load 30 to 50 pounds.
- Flexibility to work alternate shift schedules, including days, evenings, nights, and weekends.
