Job Summary

Aerotek is seeking a skilled Production Associate to join our team in Eureka. As a Production Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and operate various machines in the plant, working alongside experienced staff to increase your skills and knowledge.
  • Follow work orders and written instructions to ensure accurate production runs.
  • Ensure the correct tooling and programs are being run for each job, and make adjustments as needed.
  • Calculate machine speed and feed ratio, as well as the size and position of each cut, to ensure precise production.
  • Use precision measuring tools to ensure accurate measurements and quality control.
  • Maintain clean and organized work areas to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
Requirements
  • Entry-level CNC operating experience.
  • Production or manufacturing experience.
  • Ability to adjust machine feed and speed.
  • Ability to change tooling.
  • Ability to make adjustments to machine controls during malfunctions.
  • Ability to calculate machine speed and feed ratio.
  • Knowledge of size and position of each cut.
  • Use of precision measuring tools.
  • Ability to maintain a clean and organized work area.
