Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support for laboratory and research-related tasks, including complex experiments and data analysis.
- Develop and implement new research methods and procedures, adapting existing protocols as needed to meet the needs of the research.
- Collaborate with Principal Investigators and lab members to design and execute experiments, troubleshoot problems, and recommend solutions.
- Perform a variety of tests requiring high proficiency, including small animal surgery and data analysis using specialized statistical computer software.
- Assist in the evaluation of research methods, procedures, and techniques based on established objectives.
- Provide basic assistance to researchers in manipulating, computing, and analyzing data.
- Train other staff members on procedures and adapt general methods and procedures to meet the needs of the research.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 3 years of experience in a laboratory setting, with 6 years of lab-related experience accepted in lieu of degree.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to new situations and challenges.
