We are actively seeking a Retail Operations Specialist to help maintain the Tiffany Experience for every customer.

As a Retail Operations Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading all back-end operations within a Tiffany store.
  • Delivering outstanding client service and collaborating with store leadership on essential initiatives that support the team and enhance sales objectives.
  • Acting as a key holder and assuming managerial duties in the absence of a manager, which involves overseeing order fulfillment, managing inventory, coordinating client service activities, and potentially opening and closing the store.

Operational Excellence:

  • Providing exceptional operational support to boost sales and service.
  • Completing daily responsibilities such as order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, replenishment, cleaning jewelry, transferring merchandise, managing jewelry repairs, and maintaining merchandise cleanliness, in accordance with company operational policies and procedures.
  • Ensuring adherence to all internal control measures and maintaining inventory accuracy. Effectively partnering and communicating with Sales Professionals, Management, and clients to respond to requests promptly and accurately.
  • Supporting company efficiency goals by ensuring all activities enhance productivity and offering feedback on process improvements through appropriate channels. Assisting management in coordinating tasks and mentoring team members to enhance performance when acting as manager on duty.
  • Taking the initiative, collaborating with the operations team to ensure excellence in all operational tasks.

Sales:

  • Strengthening relationships with our clients to foster long-term loyalty and increased spending.
  • Executing operational and sales support functions to help the store consistently meet or exceed its sales targets.
  • Gathering customer data during interactions to nurture both new and existing clientele.
  • Driving business through key product categories.

Service:

  • Enhancing the in-store experience by consistently delivering unforgettable moments. Acting as a passionate Tiffany brand ambassador, providing the Tiffany Touch during every client interaction.
  • Exhibiting Client Experience Behaviors as outlined in the NPS program.
  • Implementing standardized processes by optimizing hospitality and store amenities to create unique experiences and responding to NPS scores and client feedback.
  • Addressing client and employee concerns with sound judgment and comprehensive knowledge of policies, procedures, and practices.

EXPERIENCE

Required:

  • 2-3 years of prior experience in retail operations with a thorough understanding of merchandising, client service, administration, and shipping.
  • Strong analytical abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Willingness to work retail hours as needed, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Flexibility to perform various tasks based on daily business requirements.
  • Authorization to work in the United States or in the country where the position is based.

Desired Qualifications:

  • A college or university degree.
  • A Graduate Gemologist degree or prior coursework from the Gemological Institute of America (GIA).
