Job Description
As a Prescription Coordinator at Montage Medical Group, you will be responsible for managing incoming medication questions and prescription refill requests, following written and electronic protocols while providing patient-focused medication management services. This role requires effective communication skills, particularly when interacting with vulnerable patient populations.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Review and respond to prescription refill requests, following written and electronic protocols
• Schedule patients for appointments with their providers if refills are requested and they have not been seen for an office visit as per protocol
• Assist clinical staff and providers with calling and refilling prescriptions

Qualifications
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple requests simultaneously
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, particularly when interacting with patients who may be vulnerable due to their financial circumstances, place of residence, health, age, personal characteristics, or functional or developmental status
• BLS certification and Certified Pharmacy Technician preferred

Estimated Salary
$65,000 - $85,000 per year
