About the Role

As a Principal Product Manager, you'll be responsible for defining the product vision and roadmap, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive product strategy and bring experiences to life that delight our customers. You'll engage with customers, develop a deep understanding of their needs, and use customer research and industry insights to create compelling user experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and drive the product roadmap, defining use cases, requirements, and key results
  • Work with global design, data science, research, engineering, and cross-Adobe teams to drive product strategy and bring experiences to life
  • Understand, define, and manage metrics to analyze customer and business impact of features and projects
  • Drive alignment and communication with partners with increasing and conflicting demands
What We're Looking For

We're seeking a candidate with a startup mentality, a bias toward action, and a track record of driving initiatives from conception to completion. You should have a deep understanding of customer needs, a knack for forming and maintaining close partnerships, and a collaborative style that allows you to guide teams to the right outcome. A metrics-driven approach to product development, feature prioritization, and A/B testing is essential. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work with cross-geo and cross-functional teams, are also required.
