Role Overview:

In the capacity of Project Lead and Release Manager, you will collaborate with a multifaceted engineering team, the program management office, and support representatives to ensure the effective and economical execution of all projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Propose, plan, execute, and deliver project outcomes.
  2. Define project objectives and create comprehensive schedules.
  3. Engage with stakeholders to maintain project scope, budget, and timelines.
  4. Monitor project advancement, identify risks, and uphold quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Demonstrated organizational and time management capabilities.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to lead and motivate teams.
  • Conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient problem-solving abilities in complex environments.
  • Expertise in project management methodologies.
  • Advanced understanding of engineering processes and practices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Project, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Knowledge of various project life cycles, including Agile methodologies.
  • Ability to communicate project issues and corrective actions effectively.
  • Understanding of project leadership principles such as SPI/CPI, Earned Value, and Cost Account Management.

Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience; or a Master's degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
