About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly qualified BCBA to fill a leadership role as Clinical Supervisor in our Westchester location. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing clinical operations and ensuring high-quality services to our clients.

Job Summary
  • This is a full-time position requiring a minimum of 35 hours per week.
  • The successful candidate will work closely with Assistant Directors and VP to determine and delegate short-term and long-term clinical improvement initiatives.
  • Oversight of Behavior Technicians (BTs) includes hiring, managing, training, and mentoring.
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with service coordinators and school district personnel to ensure effective communication.
  • Develop and implement internal trainings for continuing education, compliance, and professional growth to all employees.
  • Participate in collaborative team meetings with clinical providers, clinicians, and paraprofessionals.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or Educational/Health/Human Services.
  • BCBA/LBA certification required.
  • 1-3 years of experience working in a setting supporting children and adolescents with autism and other behavioral disorders.
  • Experience with electronic data collection services.
