Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Optometrist to join our Medical Group as a Physician. The ideal candidate will have a Doctor of Optometry degree from an accredited School of Optometry and a minimum of three years of clinical experience with a history of chronic disease management. The successful candidate will be practicing as a floating Physician servicing several clinics in Portland, Oregon, and the surrounding area.

Responsibilities:

- Provide high-quality patient care as an Optometric Physician
- Collaborate with our highly collaborative team to deliver excellent patient outcomes
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date with the latest developments in optometry

Requirements:

- Doctor of Optometry degree from an accredited School of Optometry
- Minimum of three years of clinical experience with a history of chronic disease management
- Unrestricted Oregon and Washington State Medical license and unrestricted federal-issued DEA
