Senior Strike Warfare Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Strike Warfare Analyst to join our team of scientists, engineers, and analysts in the Air Combat and Strike Mission Analysis Group. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the design, requirements, and evaluation of innovative strike weapons.
About the RoleAs a Senior Strike Warfare Analyst, you will be responsible for developing and applying models and simulations to evaluate strike weapons and aircraft operating in denied environments. You will work with a small team, including junior analysts and senior engineers, to guide the direction of high-profile DoD projects. You will also have the opportunity to engage in independent research projects and present your work through briefings to technical specialists and decision-makers.

- Collaborate with engineers and analysts to develop and implement strike warfare strategies
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's degree in a technical field, such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or Aerospace, Electrical, or other form of Engineering. You will also need to have demonstrated ability performing analysis with mission-level tools, such as AFSIM, EADSIM, SUPPRESSOR, or JIMM. Additionally, you will need to be proficient in a programming or scripting language, such as MATLAB or Python, and have the ability to obtain an Interim Secret level security clearance.
Preferred QualificationsWe are looking for candidates with a Master's degree or PhD in a technical field, extensive knowledge of strike weapon systems and aircraft, and demonstrated excellence leading mission-level modeling, simulation & analysis. You will also need to have an active Top Secret security clearance and demonstrated effective experience leading and mentoring other staff.
