Maintenance Manager Opportunity

Catalyst Recruiting, Inc is seeking a seasoned Maintenance Manager to lead our multi-plant operations in California. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the continuous improvement and management of our maintenance program, CMMS, and other related systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the maintenance department at an active manufacturing operation with a team of 30 people
  • Develop and manage operating and capital budgets, including large capex projects coordinated with corporate
  • Hire, fire, develop, train, and promote maintenance personnel
  • Manage and improve a TPM system, continue implementation and improvement of RCM
  • Integrate all work with site safety EHS and manage automation and electrical maintenance
  • Manage CMMS, TabWare, and other related systems

Requirements:

  • 4-year degree in engineering or significant applicable experience
  • Over 10 years of experience in planned/preventative maintenance/reliability type work in minerals, chemicals, mining, utilities, and heavy industry
  • Proven track record of working in an operating plant with hundreds of people and managing a strong safety program

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary range of $130k - $155k
