We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the administrative activities of the organization. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing collection records and accounts receivables information
  • Planning and maintaining work facilities
  • Making follow-up calls and assisting in scheduling internal office meetings
  • Providing administrative support to the management team
  • Encouraging and improving cross-departmental internal communication
  • Performing other office tasks (replenishing office supplies, distributing mail, custodial duties, etc.)
  • Making outbound phone calls to set up sales meetings for services (if desired)

The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize and multitask, deadline-driven, reliable, and eager to learn new things and advance in the company. English and Spanish speaking candidates are preferred.
