As a key member of our educational resources team, you will work closely with students, teachers, and parents to provide comprehensive occupational therapy services.

Responsibilities:

* Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' motor, sensory, perceptual, and functional abilities to determine their needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
* Provide direct occupational therapy services to students, including therapeutic exercises, activities of daily living, and adaptive equipment recommendations.
* Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school personnel to ensure the delivery of coordinated services and support for students.
* Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
* Participate in IEP meetings and provide written reports and progress updates as required.

Qualifications:

* Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
* Washington licensure as an Occupational Therapist
* Experience working with children with disabilities in a school-based setting preferred
* Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
* Ability to work collaboratively with a team
