Job Description

ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team in Snohomish, WA. As an integral member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in evaluating and treating students with physical, sensory, or motor skills deficits, enhancing their academic, social, and personal development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students with physical, sensory, or motor skill challenges.
  • Design and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to meet each student's unique needs and goals.
  • Provide effective direct therapy services to students in both individual and group settings.
  • Continually assess student progress and adapt treatment plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to foster effective communication and support for our students.
  • Engage in continuous professional learning opportunities to stay at the forefront of best practices in the field.

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Current state license or eligibility for licensure in WA.
  • Experience working with children in a school setting is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
