Behavior Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 support and physical management for a nonverbal 6th grader with an ASD diagnosis in Anacortes, WA.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver individualized instruction tailored to the needs of a nonverbal 6th grader with ASD.
- Implement and monitor behavior intervention plans, providing physical management as necessary.
- Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and family members to ensure cohesive support and progress for the student.
- Track and document the student's progress, making data-driven adjustments to support strategies.
- Active RBT Certification required.
- Previous experience with students with ASD, especially nonverbal, is highly preferred.
- Strong skills in behavior intervention and instructional support.
- Availability to start immediately.
