Job Description

The Senior Rehabilitation Therapist will be responsible for evaluating and treating residents with various physical impairments, under the orders of a physician. This involves using a variety of therapeutic procedures to restore muscle strength, coordination, and body alignment, relieve pain, and improve movement and function.

Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate residents' physical abilities and create personalized treatment plans
  • Conduct physical therapy sessions, using a range of techniques and modalities
  • Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must have a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or Bachelor's degree in PT, and be licensed to practice in the state of Connecticut. Experience working in a rehabilitation setting is highly desirable.
