We are seeking a talented Physical Therapy Manager to join our team at Broad River Rehabilitation. As a licensed professional, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations and providing direct clinical care in various settings, including assisted/independent and skilled nursing facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the delivery of physical therapy services to patients
  • Supervise and train therapists to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or related field
  • Licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
  • At least 3 years of experience in physical therapy management
Compensation and Benefits:
  • $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience
