Key Responsibilities:
- Perform nursing functions within the scope of LPN licensure, including administering medications and treatments in compliance with federal, state, and local policies.
- Work closely with the nursing team to provide comprehensive care to residents, adapting to changing clinical settings and environments.
- Maintain confidentiality and rights of residents, family, employee, and facility information in compliance with HIPAA policies and regulations.
- Interact cooperatively with residents, families, visitors, and other staff to ensure a positive and supportive care environment.
Requirements:
- Completion of an accredited school of practical nursing.
- Current license as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the State of PA.
