Position Title: Technical Support Specialist

Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire

Work Arrangement: Onsite, 5 days a week

Qualifications:

  • Education and Experience:
    • Preferred Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
    • At least 3 years of experience in IT support roles.
    • Skilled in O365, Windows operating systems, iOS/Android platforms, Cisco technologies, and Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP).
    • Certifications such as Microsoft, A+, or Network+ and experience in the healthcare sector are advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the onboarding and offboarding processes, technology refresh initiatives, and the deployment of new computers and laptops.
  • Diagnose and resolve workstation issues while overseeing mobile device management.
  • Provide assistance with minor technical issues for users.
  • Support the security of PCs and laptops and conduct training sessions for staff.
  • Deliver Tier 2 and Tier 3 escalation support for the help desk.
